Gardener(s) wanted to join Wiltshire based professional garden design and organic garden maintenance team - working around Bath & Wiltshire.

The Role
Day-to-day gardening duties will include general garden maintenance tasks. The role will also include some soft landscaping - from planting or clearing a site to working together with our landscapers - this can include some heavy lifting. You may from time-to-time be involved with design builds/planting projects. You will be expected to take care of tools, vehicles and all property of Earthcare Garden design ltd. Driving the company vans is an essential part of the role so the candidate should be a confident driver.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Gardener - min 2 years professional garden maintenance or landscape gardening experience
  • A recognised horticultural qualification is preferred - minimum RHS Level 2 certificate but not essential dependant on experience.
  • For both roles the successful candidate will have a passion for horticulture, be reliable, committed and conscientious with an eye for detail. You will be a hardworking team player with strong problem solving skills, along with a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to support others in the team.
  • Flexible, friendly, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Existing knowledge and experience of horticulture is essential.
  • Must have a full, clean driving licence.
  • Must be willing to travel and be prepared for early start times.
